HARROGATE, Tenn. – Four players reached double-digits in kills, and Lenoir-

Rhyne University ran its win streak to six matches by beating Lincoln Memorial on the road Saturday in volleyball.

The visiting Bears won 23-25, 25-18, 250-23, 24-18 behind Brooke Redmond’s 14 kills, 13 by Emily Steele, 12 by Hannah Houston and 10 by Taylor Prall.

LRU improved to 7-2 overall and 4-0 in the South Atlantic Conference (SAC).

The Bears’ leaders in assists were Anna Smith with 31 and Jessica Funk with 24, and digs leaders were Ashley Markland with 18, Prall with 12 and Funk and Houston with 10 each.

For Lincoln Memorial, 6-4, 3-4), Kiera Holland had 17 kills and Samantha Cash had 24 assists and Oliva Brock added 23.

Erica Whiteaker posted 26 digs for Lincoln Memorial.

The Bears go for their seventh consecutive victory on Thursday at 7 p.m., playing Wingate in Hickory.
