After sharing the Northwestern 3A-4A boys’ soccer championship, Watauga High has won three of the league’s four major awards in the postseason.

Hickory and Watauga finished 11-1-0 each in the conference to tie for the league title.

The conference released All-Northwestern 3A-4A, led by 10 picks from Watauga and nine from Hickory.

Hickory’s Carter Holt was named the Offensive Player of the Year.

Watauga won Player of the Year (Hatch Sevensky), Defensive Player of the Year (Colter Conway) and Coach of the Year (Josh Honeycutt).

Hickory, as a No. 16 seed, reached the West 3A title match before falling 3-2 to No. 3 Weddington.

Watauga, as a No. 2 seed, made the third round before being eliminated 2-0 by Weddington.
