MORGANTON – Freedom High’s annual Super Saturday is scheduled on Nov. 9, featuring 24 varsity girls’ basketball teams and some of the top squads from several states.
The games will begin at 8:30 a.m. and be played at Freedom’s main and auxiliary gym and at the gym of Table Rock Middle School.
The final games tip at 5:40 p.m.
Admission is $5 for ages 10 and up.
Some of the top teams from North Carolina are Myers Park, Freedom, Forbush, Providence, Kings Mountain, Providence Day and Asheville Christian.
Top teams from South Carolina are Wade Hampton and Dorman, and Science Hill (Tenn.) is also in the field.
