CATAWBA — Bandys High announced Monday morning it is changing playing dates for its varsity football games against East Burke and Newton-Conover.
East Burke’s visit to Bandys, scheduled on Friday night for a Catawba Valley 2A Athletic game, will now be played on Oct. 12, a Tuesday night, with a 7 p.m. kickoff.
That makes the next varsity game for Bandys at Lincolnton on Oct. 1.
Also, the Trojans will delay their homecoming game — set for Oct. 15 — to Saturday, Oct. 16 with a 7 p.m. kickoff.
