RALEIGH – Reidsville High rallied to beat Elizabeth City Northeastern for the state 2A football title on Saturday at N.C. State, winning 31-28 when Zach Baber hit a 24-yard field goal with four seconds to play.

The Rams (16-0), the No. 2 West seed, collected their 17th state football title and second in three years.

Elizabeth City Northeastern (14-1), the East No. 1 seed, led by as many as 14 points before Reidsville came back to win.
