CRAWDADS: Face Greensboro on Saturday after falling 11-0 on Friday night

GREENSBORO – The Hickory Crawdads play in Greensboro on Saturday night at 7 p.m., and they’re coming off haven been beaten 11-0 by the Grasshoppers on Friday night.

Jarrett Rinofleisch hit a three-run home run in the first inning and Rony Cabera hit a solo shot in the second inning for Greensboro.

Hickory (59-65, 32-22 second half) still leads Greensboro (66-54, 29-23) and Hagerstown (Md.) by two games in the chase for a second-half title in the South Atlantic League (SAL) Northern Division. The Suns’ second-half record is 29-23.

The Crawdads are playing a four-game series in Greensboro.
