Bandys High’s Cy Spencer, a senior right-hander, has signed to play college baseball at Sewanee — University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn. He’s played in 52 varsity games for the Trojans, hitting .235 with 24 RBIs, and is hitting .325 with nine RBIs this season. Spencer is 4-0 with an ERA of 0.28 pitching with a save in five appearances. He’s pitcured with family members during his signing ceremony this week at the school.
