HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL: Ex-Bandys player new head coach at South Pointe, S.C.

ROCK HILL, S.C. – Bradley Rudisill, a former Bandys High baseball player who also later coached at his alma mater, is the new head baseball coach at South Pointe High in South Carolina.

Rudisill takes over a program that won a Upper State 4A title last season.

His coaching experience includes a stint at Montreat College.

A 2013 graduate of Appalachian State University, Rudisill first coached at Watauga High as an assistant coach (2011-13) and guided the Watauga Junior American Legion team for three years.

In 2014, Rudisill returned to Bandys to coach. He left the Trojans to join the coaching staff at Montreat for a year before returning to Bandys to coach again.

He was the head coach of the Bandys junior varsity last season (11-5-1).
