CATAWBA – Bandys High’s“Strength in Numbers” fundraising campaign continues through its athletic boosters club to pay to update the school weight room, install a new baseball scoreboard and meet other athletic department needs.
Bandys High’s Athletic Boosters Club is continuing to raise funds for a new weight room, new baseball scoreboard and for other needs in the sports programs at the school. There are five levels of donations (see story).
The goal is to raise $60,000 in 60 days – through Aug. 30 — to address the needs of the school’s 330 student-athletes, its coaching staff and school athletic facilities.
Five levels of donations are being accepted:
Champion ($400): Business named displayed on social media, announced at all home sporting events, printed on team t-shirts, two passes to all home sporting events, one reserved parking place for home football games, 1/8th page ad in the seasonal sports program.
Superstar ($1,000): All incentives listed in Champion category, plus four passes to all home sporting events, quarter page ad in seasonal sports program and business name displayed on school’s marquee sign.
Green ($2,500): Same incentives as in Superstar package, plus one year sponsorship of on campus directional road signs.
Gold ($5,000): Same incentives as in Superstar package, plus three-year sponsorship on baseball scoreboard.
Trojan ($10,000): Same incentive as in Superstar package, plus five year naming rights for one sporting venue: basketball court, soccer stadium, softball stadium, baseball stadium or new weight room.
