MAIDEN – Maiden Post 240 improved to 4-2 by beating the Gaston Braves 10-4 on Tuesday night at Maiden High in Area IV American Legion baseball.
The Salamanders have won back-to-back games against the Gaston Braves, winning on Sunday at East Gaston High.
Maiden’s game on Wednesday against Union County has been postponed, leaving the Salamanders with these game this week: Friday at Gastonia (Sims Field), Saturday at home against Mint Hill and Sunday night at Shelby.
