Zach Jarrett was not in the lineup on Tuesday night when Norfolk (Va.) began a Triple-A series against visiting Charlotte and won 5-4.
The Tides improved to 5-14 and left the Knights 7-12, and their series continues on Wednesday night in Norfolk.

He is the son of NASCAR champion driver Dale Jarrett and in his fourth on-field pro season (there were no minor league games in 2020).
