Zach Jarrett’s game on Sunday — Bowie (Md.) at Altoona (Pa.) — was rained out.
Bowie (3-2) and Jarrett are off on Monday then begin the first homestand of the season, facing Reading (Pa.) on Tuesday night.
Jarrett, a prep star at Hickory High who played college baseball at Charlotte, is hitting .188 this season.
He is the son of NASCAR champion driver Dale Jarrett and in his fourth on-field pro season (there were no minor league games in 2020).
