LITTLE LEAGUE NIGHT
The Salamanders’ Little League Night is Saturday at 7 p.m. when they face Lincoln County’s Cardinals at Maiden High.
Little Leaguers who wear their jersey get in free and should meet behind the third base dugout at 6:30 p.m. to go out on the field with the Salamanders.

Post 240 is also at home, at Maiden High, on Sunday at 7 p.m. against Henderson County, then plays games Monday (at Kings Mountain), Tuesday (at Burke County), Wednesday (Mint Hill at Independence High) and Friday (Hickory at the Legion Fairgrounds).

On Friday night, the Salamanders won a game that had only eight hits, four by Maiden and four by Huntersville.
