Lenoir-Rhyne University freshman goalkeeper Teanna Sieben was named Monday as the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) Defensive Player of the Week in women’s lacrosse. Sieben, a Saskatchewan, Canada native, had nine saves as the Bears opened their season with a 16-13 road win over Belmont Abbey. She allowed six goals.
