Ketel Marte hit a ball into the right field corner that resulted in a triple, and he scored on a sacrifice fly by Christian Walker.

The series with the Diamondback continues through Sunday in Phoenix, and Harvey did not pitch in Saturday night’s game. The series ends on Sunday in Arizona, before the Nationals head to Los Angeles for a three-game series against the Dodgers that begins Monday night.

Harvey is 0-0 this season with an ERA of 4.02, and is working his way back from being on the disabled list for 60 days. He then was sent to Florida (rookie league) and Triple A Rochester (N.Y.) on rehab assignments before rejoining the Nationals.

Friday’s appearance was Harvey’s 34th in a big league game.
