Senior Payton Goble of Bunker Hill High (center) has signed to play softball at Surry Community College. She’s been a standout player for the Bears the last two seasons, hitting .475 last season with 25 RBIs and going 7-2 as a pitcher with an ERA of 2.82 and 31 strikeouts. As a sophomore, she hit .595 with 17 doubles was 2-0 as a pitcher with an ERA of 2.47.
