Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute has signed Hibriten High’s Zoe Waters to play softball next season. She is pictured with her sister Sage Sharpe (left) and her mom Joy Sharpe (right). Waters hit. 300 with two doubles a year ago when Hibriten was limited to five games.
