Jordan Jenkins (left), a 5-foot-8 guard who averaged eight points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.4 steals last season for North Mecklenburg High, has signed to play women’s basketball next season at Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) for head coach Tisha England (right). North Mecklenburg won 18 games and reached the second round of the state 4A playoffs last season. She also played two years of varsity basketball at Summerville (S.C.) High.
