Hibriten’s Miles Simon won both hurdles and ran a leg on a winning 1,600 relay team.

Bernie Briley of West Iredell, who played athletics at Bunker Hill until transferring for his senior year, was the 100 and 200 winner for the Warriors.

In the girls’ competition, Leanna Seagraves of Draughn was a triple winner – in the triple jump, long jump and pole vault – and her teammate, Saniah O’Neil won the discus and shot put.
