MAIDEN — Maiden Post 240 has released its 2021 American Legion baseball schedule with home games against Hickory and Caldwell County this weekend.
Maiden meets Hickory at 7 p.m. on Saturday at Maiden High and Caldwell County visits for a Sunday game at 7 p.m.
Post 240 has a 14-game regular season and playoff dates are July 2-6 (first round), July 8-12 (second round), July 14-18 (third round) and July 20-24 (Area IV championship).
Maiden’s head coach is Dustin Hull, also head coach at Maiden High, and his assistants are Frank Porter (Bandys High head coach), Jason DeHart and Justin Hawkins.

June 13 — Caldwell County, 7 p.m.
June 16– at Asheville, DH, 5:30 p.m.
June 20–Rutherford County, 7 p.m.
June 21– at Burke County, 7 p.m.

June 23–at Hickory, 7 p.m.
June 24–at Caldwell County, 7 p.m.
June 26–Cleveland County, DH, 5 p.m.
June 27–at Rutherford County, 7 p.m.
