RALEIGH — A subcommittee of the North Carolina Legislature investigating the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) held its second hearing on Thursday.
Those appearing before the subcommittee included State Superintendent Catherine Truitt and Buddy Collins, former vice chair of the State Board of Education.
