Deal is a left-hander who played at Bandys High and Presbyterian College.

Last start: Tuesday at Fort Myers in a 6-4 win… pitched six innings, allowing seven hits, one walk, three strikeouts.

Current stats: 3-3, 1.64 ERA, 11 starts, 66 innings pitched, 15 walks, 55 strikeouts.

Jarrett is a former star at Hickory High and at Charlotte who is back with the Keys after playing about a month at Class AA Bowie (Md.).

Saturday: 1-for-4 in 4-0 loss at Down East (Kinston).

Friday: 1-for-4, started in right field, batted fourth in 3-2, 10 inning loss at Down East (Kinston).

Thursday: 0-for-4, started in right field, batted fourth in 2-1, 10 inning loss at Down East (Kinston).

Tuesday: 0-for-3, scored a run, started in center field, batted fifth in 10-3 loss at Carolina.

Monday: 0-for-4 with two strikeouts, started in right field, batted fifth in 7-4 loss at Carolina.

Last Sunday: 0-for-4, started in right field, batted fifth in 2-0 loss at Carolina.

Current stats: .253, four home runs, 18 RBIs.

Last 10 games: .222, two home runs, five RBIs.

Harvey was a first round pick by Baltimore in 2013 after a standout career at Bandys High.

Last start: Friday at Portland (Ore.) in 10-3 loss. Pitched 4 1/3 innings, gave up nine hits, eight runs (all earned) with three walks and two strikeouts before 5,529. Hit one batter, threw strikes on 58 of 92 pitches, faced 24 batters.

Current stats: 2-5, 6.12 ERA, 11 starts, 50 innings pitched, 40 runs (36 earned), six hit batters, 19 walks, 50 strikeouts, allowed 14 home runs.
