HICKORY – The world famous Harlem Globetrotters are coming to Lenoir-Rhyne University to play on March 26, their fourth visit since 2000.
LRU athletic officials announced the date this week for a 7 p.m. game in the newly air-conditioned Shuford Memorial Gym.
Tickets are $27 per person and Magic Passes are $15 each. They can be purchased at ticketweb.com or at the LRU Athletic business office Monday through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The event is part of the Globetrotters’ 2018 “Amazing Feats of Basketball” World Tour which has the group performing in more than 250 North American markets as well as 30 countries worldwide.
The Globetrotters, now in their 92nd year, previously played in Hickory in 2000, 2011 and 2015 to sellout crowds.
