The opening round wrestling matches in the state dual-team tournament at Fred T. Foard and R-S Central in 2A and at Statesville in 3A have been postponed from Tuesday until Wednesday.
Potential inclement weather in the region led to the postponements at each site, where four schools are scheduled to compete and two rounds are to be completed.
The third round and state semifinals are scheduled on Thursday as sites to be determined and the state championships are scheduled Saturday at the Greensboro Coliseum with matches at noon and 3 p.m.
