If East Lincoln beats Maiden on Thursday, sweeping the Blue Devils, the Mustangs would get the top state 2A playoff bid. Maiden would have three league losses, same as third-place Bandys, but get the No. 2 playoff bid via sweeping the Trojans.
If Maiden beats East Lincoln, creating a tie for first place in the loss column, the two teams would have split regular season matches. Comparative records against third-place Bandys are: Maiden swept the Trojans and the Mustangs split with the Trojans so Maiden would be No. 1 and East Lincoln would get No. 2.
