CORONAVIRUS
The North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) has suspended spring sports from March 14 until at least April 6 due to the coronavirus.
Schedules posted are the original playing dates as released by a conference and subject to change.
The South Fork 2A announced it will try to get in as many league meets as possible and consideration may be given to waiving the meet participation minimum when determining regional qualifiers.
On Monday, a state of emergency was issued by Lincoln County indicating officials do not expect schools to open there again prior to April 22. That will likely mean South Fork 2A officials will meet again, if necessary, to address scheduling.
The Northwestern Foothills 2A and Northwestern 3A-4A have not announced any changes to the original conference schedules.
