
Catawba County native Bobby Lutz is back in college basketball this season, working as a special assistant to the head coach at Nebraska. The Cornhuskers are 4-3 as they head to Atlanta to play Georgia Tech on Dec. 4.

Lutz, a 1976 Bandys High graduate and a starting point guard for the Trojans, is a former head coach at Pfeiffer University and Charlotte who also coached prep basketball at Bandys and Bunker Hill before going into college coaching.
