Cline, Moore going to Queens; Bumgarner will play baseball at Mars Hill

 

Three Bandys High athletes have signed to play sports in college, two of them heading to Queens College. Pictured left to right are: Austin Cline, who throws the shot put and discus for the Trojans and will continue that at Queens; Terick Bumgarner, who will play baseball at Mars Hill University; and Caleb Moore, who will wrestle for Queens. Bumgarner is hitting .393 with two doubles, one home run and 12 RBIs and is 1-1 pitching with five walks and 23 strikeouts through the first nine games this season. Moore’s 129-23 career record includes this year’s 160-pound state title in 2A with the Trojans winning the state 2A dual-team title and the state 2A team title in the individual championships./BANDYS HIGH PHOTO
