ASHEBORO — The American Legion’s Mid-Atlantic Regional in baseball begins Wednesday with four games at McCrary Park.
Randolph County is in the eight-team field as the host team and the North Carolina champion is Wilmington, with both of those teams playing on Wednesday.
The regional winner earns a bid into the World Series scheduled Aug. 17-20 in Shelby.
