Before a crowd of 3,057, Jarrett started in left field and moved up to fifth in the batting order for Bowie (9-3), which held onto first place despite the loss.

He is the son of NASCAR champion driver Dale Jarrett and in his fourth on-field pro season (there were no minor league games in 2020).
