WOMEN’S LACROSSE: Guilford College signs Hickory goalkeeper Boyce (photo)

Hickory High’s Michelle Boyce — pictured with her parents — has signed to play college lacrosse at Guilford. She played three varsity seasons as a goalkeeper for the Red Tornadoes, posting 37 saves as a senior. She had 58 saves as a sophomore and 91 as a junior and was in goal for six career wins for HHS./HICKORY PUBLIC SCHOOLS PHOTO
