HICKORY – Both Lake Norman Charter High swim teams won South Fork 2A championships on Saturday at Lenoir-Rhyne University.

In girls’ event No. 9, Michaela Wood of North Lincoln finishes seventh and Ariel Hopper of Lake Norman Charter finished second. That gave Lake Norman Charter, Newton-Conover and Lincolnton each one more point and took three points away from North Lincoln.
