CHARLOTTE – Lake Norman and North Lincoln tied in a North Piedmont 3A-4A high school golf tournament on Monday that had three individuals sharing medalist honors.
The Wildcats and Knights each shot 161 at Trump National Golf Club in a nine-hole match, the eighth of the NPC 3A-4A schedule this season.
Bubba Thompson of Alexander Central, Owen Swavely of Lake Norman and Connor Bain of North Lincoln, with rounds of 39, shared medalist.
